Ms. Allen is the Editor and CEO of To You Magazine Inc. 

With over thirteen years of progressive experience in Human Resources, no wonder she is the Career Expert for this magazine.  Prudence has been in the job market since she was thirteen years of age and prides herself at being driven and a go-getter.  She has experience as a File Clerk, Bank Teller, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Shoes Sales Person and Cashier.  However, she considers her career to be the last thirteen years, in Human Resources.  She has had the opportunity to work in various Human Resources positions in such industries as Non-profit, Retail, Hospitality, Staffing, Banking, Manufacturing and technology.  Prudence jokingly tells her friends that being in Human Resources has allowed her to work with many different people while tearing her hair out in an attempt to resolve their problems, while balancing the goal of helping to create a desireable place to work.  She holds a Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Management and a Minor in Human Resources Management from Mercy College, an MBA from The University of Phoenix and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Development.  Ms. Allen's writing ability, critiquing technique and genuine desire to help people is no joke.  Her sole purpose for this magazine through print and internet, is to reach people.  To teach them something they never knew, answer their questions, assist them in self development, to motivate and inspire.  With that said Ms. Allen plans to stick to her expertise in Human Resources and write a Career column.  Nonetheless, the magazine will have many experts in various fields to ensure that the purpose is attained.
